The Kenora Central Ambulance Communications Centre is located on the 3^rd floor of Old St. Joe's. The Centre receives calls for ambulance from the Manitoba east to English River, and from the U.S. border north to the end of road access (Pickle Lake).  On average, 17000 calls are received per year. These include emergency calls, requests for transfers and remote emergency calls serviceable by helicopter.  Kenora CACC also dispatches 4 Fire Departments.
