Contact:Cindy Gasparini Description:The Assistant Executive Director, Finance and Support Services acts as the Chief Financial Officer for the Hospital and is responsible for ensuring financial policies and procedures are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP). AED Finance and Support Services assists in the development and monitoring of policies and procedures pertaining to the financial and support services functions in the Hospital. The AED is responsible for the overall coordination of the operating and capital budget process for the Hospital and oversees the preparation of departmental operating budgets as well as the monitoring of actual financial and statistical results in relation to expected outcomes. The AED has overall responsibility for and provides management leadership for the support services of Finance, Health Records, Admitting, Switchboard, Information Services, Nutrition and Food Services, Environmental Services (Housekeeping, Laundry, Linen), Purchasing and Maintenance. |
