Administration includes the Executive Offices (President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, Vice President Patient Services and CNO, Vice President Operations and Capital Planning, Quality & Risk Specialist and Executive Assistants) and is responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, professional staff credentialing and recruitment, Medical Advisory Committee, Board of Directors support, public relations and communications, contract negotiations, legal and external relations, patient safety and quality improvement.
